– Payments by credit card may be made by calling 1-855-GO-LUMOS. There is NO FEE for payments by phone during this pandemic.
– Payments can also be made online using My Account, by going to: https://rsb.lumosnetworks.com/myaccount
– For payment by checks, please use our payment drop box outside our stores. You may also use the TEMPORARY DROPBOX just inside the store entrance.
– If you are visiting one of our retail stores to return or exchange equipment, please place the item in the bags provided.
